Luxury Dream Homes Ltd. is a family-founded, full-service construction and development company based in the Lower Mainland, backed by over 35 years of experience in the trades. The company was established in 2006 by our father, who began his career as a roofer and owned a roofing company since 1994. What started as a passion project—building his first custom home—soon evolved into a full-time commitment to craftsmanship, quality, and community building.

From a young age, Manjot Aujla became actively involved in the family business, taking on real responsibilities while still in high school. His first custom home was built hands-on in the field, where he gained deep, practical experience in construction management and site coordination. Over time, Luxury Dream Homes grew from building luxury single-family homes to delivering multiple high-end custom builds annually.

As the Lower Mainland continues to urbanize and housing demands shift, we’ve adapted—now specializing in multi-family developments, including townhomes, low-rise and mid-rise apartments, and expanding toward high-rise construction. With in-house civil and core trade teams, we are fully equipped to take on complex, large-scale projects with precision and efficiency.

Gurdeep Aujla brings extensive experience in civil excavation, demolition, and landscaping. He now leads the roofing division of the company, ensuring that all aspects of our builds—from the ground up—meet the highest standards of quality and durability.
